Ahto High Court Also called the Selkath Court of Justice, it was Ahto City's ruling authority. It consisted of twelve justices: five chief justices, five associate justices and two alternate justices. The Cheif Justice is Selkath Shelkar.

Swoop Track Manaan's swoop track is very popular, being one of the only places in Ahto City where you can compete peacefully and avoid the High Court's wrath. The track is placed over the water, between two of the city's penninsulas.
